Election by DCI member corps directors and Hall of Fame Members
To nominate a candidate for the DCI Hall of Fame, submit a letter of nomination to David L. Kampschroer, DCI Hall of Fame Chairman, following the outline below:
| 1. | Include the complete name, address, home and work telephone numbers (including area code) for the candidate you are nominating. |
| 2. | Explain why you feel this candidate should be considered for membership in the DCI Hall of Fame. (Please limit your response to two pages or less.) |
| 3. | Please document:
a) The background this person has in our activity.
b) Their contribution to DCI.
c) Their example for drum corps youth. |
| 4. | In your nomination letter, include YOUR name, address, home and work phone numbers (including area code) along with your signature and the date you completed and submitted this letter. You may submit and nominate only ONE candidate per year. |
| 5. |
Contact up to four additional people and ask that they submit a letter supporting your candidate to Kampschroer. The original letter(s) must be received on or before the Feb. 15, 2008 deadline. We are not able to reproduce acceptable copies of a fax for the voting packets. |
| 6. |
Letters may also be e-mailed as an attachment on or before Friday, Feb. 15, 2008. |
| 7. | Any additional questions regarding the DCI Hall of Fame or the nomination process should be addressed by David Kampschroer at the contact sources below. |
