Accessing your DCI World Championship ticket packages

Thanks to an upgrade provided by the Lucas Oil Stadium Box Office, we are pleased to offer you a more streamlined process to receive and access your ticket packages to the DCI World Championships. All three nights of your World Championship tickets (Prelims, Semifinals, Finals) have automatically been placed online in your own Lucas Oil Stadium Account Manager based on the email address you used on your ticket package order form.

The following system is separate and apart from your Ticketmaster account (if you currently have one). However, for ease of use, it utilizes your existing Ticketmaster login. Please follow these steps to access your World Championship ticket packages:

Accessing your World Championship ticket packages using a smartphone

STEP 1

From a web browser on the smartphone, go to am.ticketmaster.com/cib to access the Lucas Oil Stadium Account Manager page.

Click on the circle icon next to the shopping cart logo to get to the login screen.

STEP 2

Sign in utilizing your existing Ticketmaster account login.

If you have never set up a Ticketmaster account or can’t remember your login, click "Forgot Password" and follow the on-screen prompts.

(PLEASE NOTE: If you change your password in this step, it will also change your password at Ticketmaster.com)

STEP 3

Once logged in, click on the three lines in the upper left corner to access the menu.

STEP 4

Click on “My Events.”

STEP 5

Click on “Select Event” to access your assigned seating location for Prelims, Semifinals or Finals.

STEP 6

Click on the seating location under “Tickets” to have the scannable ticket display on your mobile device.

STEP 7

Display the corresponding ticket barcode for entry into the stadium.

Tickets can be transferred to other members of your party or added to Apple Wallet at this step as well.

If you are experiencing an issue where the Apple Wallet Icon is not showing up for you, please rotate your phone 90 degrees from portrait view to landscape view and then scroll down your ticket to where the icon should now be showing. Alternatively, you may need to reduce the font size on your screen from 100% to 85% by clicking the left icon on your URL bar as shown here:

Accessing the Lucas Oil Stadium Account Manager using a laptop/desktop

While you will need your digital tickets on a mobile device to enter the stadium, you can utilize your laptop/desktop computer to access the Lucas Oil Stadium Account Manager to reference seating locations and to transfer tickets to other members of your party. Follow these steps to do so:

STEP 1

From a web browser, go to am.ticketmaster.com/cib. Click “Sign In” located in the upper right corner.
