7th Regiment awarded its first two Musical Arts Conference Color Guard scholarships to two high school performers in Connecticut.
The Battalion
The Battalion is giving drum corps fans a chance to speak out about something held precious by all drum corps—peanut butter. Are you on "Team Smooth" or "Team Crunchy?"
Blue Knights
A few members of Blue Knights’ drum line recently performed for the Colorado Springs Business Journal Rising Stars Class of 2019 celebration.
Blue Stars
Blue Stars is looking to fill a number of volunteer positions. Locals in areas the corps will be visiting this spring for rehearsal camps and this summer for tour destinations are also needed to assist in running errands.
Boston Crusaders
April 28 is the date of Boston Crusaders’ Florida Preview in Bradenton, Florida. While there is no fee for entry, all attendees are asked to bring a donation of disposable goods.
The Cadets
Returning Cadets drum major Loren Gregory will be joined on the field this year by new drum majors Daniel Regalado and Chris Martinez.
The Cavaliers
The Cavaliers named Monte Mast as the organization's new executive director. "The Cavaliers have an incredible reputation for developing young people into confident and dynamic leaders and I look forward to helping the organization continue their mission to ensure the successful development of all who participate in our programs,” Mast said.
Colts
Colts announced a new partnership with Fruhauf Uniforms.
Crossmen
Crossmen recently revealed the title of the corps' 2019 competitive production, “Valkyrie.”
EncorpsNew Jersey’s Encorps, DCI’s newest Open Class corps, will be performing musical selections from “A Chorus Line,” Panic! At the Disco, “The Greatest Showman,” and “Dear Evan Hansen” for its 2019 competitive production.
Jersey Surf
With the indoor color guard season coming to a close, Jersey Surf is inviting those performers to spin with the corps this summer.
Legends

Louisiana Stars
Louisiana Stars invites brass and color guard performers to register for its April 13-14 audition camp in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Madison Scouts
Madison Scouts is seeking volunteers to assist the corps during its upcoming spring training May 19 through June 22 in Trafalgar, Indiana.
Mandarins
Raymond Mar, who served 31 years as Mandarins’ corps director, joins four others as inaugural members of the Sacramento Mandarins Hall of Fame.
Music City
The second-annual Music City Drum Corps Golf Classic will be held June 7 in Franklin, Tennessee.
Pacific Crest
Lone Star Percussion is returning as presenting sponsor of Pacific Crest’s 2019 Corps at the Crest San Diego and Drum Corps at the Rose Bowl events this summer.
Phantom Regiment
Registration is open for a variety of Phantom Regiment educational camps this summer, with offerings for brass players, percussionists, color guard members, and drum majors.
River City Rhythm
Registration is open for River City Rhythm’s April 26-28 audition camp in Minnetrista, Minnesota. The corps has openings in all sections.
Santa Clara Vanguard
Tickets are now available for the April 25 contemporary dance class to be taught by Santa Clara Vanguard’s lead choreographer Michael Rosales at the corps’ headquarters in Santa Clara, California.
Seattle Cascades
Jeremy Bennett, Seattle Cascades’ tour director since 2016, has been promoted to the organization’s assistant corps director.
Southwind
Southwind has openings for two mellophones, two baritones, and one tuba. The corps’ next rehearsal camp will be held April 12-14 in Robertsdale, Alabama.
Spartans
Spartans is once again hosting its spring carnival at Nashua High School South from April 23 through April 28.
Spirit of Atlanta
Spirit of Atlanta’s April 26-28 rehearsal camp location has been changed to West Jackson Middle School in Jefferson, Georgia.
