Drum Corps International (DCI) has unveiled a new campaign, “I Marched,” to highlight the life-changing and lifelong impact on individuals who participate in the marching arts.

“The campaign is intended to foster a sense of community among DCI alumni and performers, sharing personal stories that showcase the invaluable skills, relationships and passions cultivated through their experiences in the marching arts,” DCI CEO Nate Boudreaux said.

“I Marched” will roll out across DCI’s website and social media channels in the coming weeks, engaging audiences through compelling storytelling content. Featuring a mix of DCI-produced media and user-generated content, the campaign will share personal profiles and testimonials, illustrating how marching music experiences have shaped individuals’ lives beyond the performance stage.

Another key focus of "I Marched" is reconnecting with DCI alumni and performers, building a network where past members can celebrate their experiences, reconnect with fellow marchers, and inspire the next generation.

Join the Community: Tell us where and when you marched!

“‘I Marched’ isn’t just about celebrating the marching arts,” Boudreaux added. “It’s about recognizing the lifelong impact the experience has on those who step onto the field.”
