Blue Stars
Blue Stars is seeking volunteers to work the corps’ brat stand at the annual Oktoberfest celebration in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Bluecoats
Registration for Bluecoats’ audition experience camps is now open for upcoming events in Texas, Ohio, California, and Georgia.
Boston Crusaders
Boston Crusaders’ percussion section will be featured at the November Percussive Arts Society International Convention in Indianapolis. The corps is seeking donations to cover the costs of travel, lodging, and related expenses for the participating performers.
Carolina Crown
Carolina Crown is seeking volunteers this next week to help fold 1,500 shirts that have arrived at the corps’ warehouse.
Colts
Colts has published audition information for the corps’ 2019 season.
Columbians
Columbians has immediate needs for volunteers to help with food and corporate sponsorships, among other positions.
Crossmen
Crossmen’s end of summer sale, with deals up to 50 percent off, has been extended to September 22.
Genesis
Andy Grindle has been announced as the new brass caption head for Genesis.
Gold
After a banner year that witnessed the corps achieve its first medal at the DCI Open Class World Championship Finals, Gold has released an inspirational video about its season, thanking donors that helped make the year possible.
Guardians
Doug Thrower, longtime brass arranger for Bluecoats, will be bringing his expertise to Guardians in 2019 as the corps’ new brass arranger. In addition, Alex Blue V has been promoted to the position of program coordinator.
Impulse
Impulse has announced its 2019 senior leadership team.
Madison Scouts
Mike Hardiek has been appointed visual caption head for the Madison Scouts’ 2019 season. “Mike believes that the football field can be a classroom to teach lessons that will benefit the membership long after they leave the activity,” the corps posted in a statement.
Mandarins
Mandarins director JW Koester reflects on the joys of the corps’ most successful season ever.
Music City
Music City is conducting a fundraising campaign to purchase a souvenir trailer to better serve the corps’ fans.
Phantom Regiment
Phantom Regiment is seeking volunteers to show up in South Beloit, Illinois on September 22 to help clean the corps’ food and equipment trucks, as well to help store away equipment for the season.
River City Rhythm
River City Rhythm will have a recruitment booth at the Rosemount HS Marching Band Festival on Saturday, September 15.

Spirit of Atlanta
After four years away as an Army Band musician, Dan Adams is returning to Spirit of Atlanta as visual caption head. He will be joined on the team by visual caption consultant Bob Smith, who is also returning to the corps after a four-year absence.
Troopers
Kristy Jackson, Troopers’ 2018 assistant director, has been appointed corps director for the 2019 season. Former corps director Fred Morris is taking on new responsibilities as senior executive advisor. In addition, the corps’ 2019 caption heads have been announced.
