Drum Corps Europe (DCE) will host its annual Championships this Saturday, Sept. 27 at Parkstad Limburg Stadium in Kerkrade, Netherlands.
With nearly 15 drum corps representing three different countries, here's the "who's who" of DCE's Premier Class that will compete for the Championship title this weekend.
Hometown: Dordrecht, The Netherlands
2014 Show Title: "2 Touch"
Competitive Highlights: Jubal is the defending Drum Corps Europe Champion after winning the 2013 title by an ultra-slim margin. The corps is poised to make another run at the top spot on Saturday after winning the Drum Corps Netherlands Championship on Sept. 13 by more than three points over its nearest competition. Jubal traveled to the United States in 2011 to take part in the Drum Corps International Tour and has also won the Drum Corps Europe Championship in 2003, 2006 and 2009.

Hometown: Kidsgrove, United Kingdom
2014 Show Title: "Miss Saigon"
Competitive Highlights: The Kidsgrove Scouts head into Saturday's DCE competition as the recently crowned Drum Corps United Kingdom (DCUK) Champions. The group celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2010 during which it traveled to the United States to take part in the Drum Corps Associates World Championships. The corps won the Drum Corps Europe Championship once back in 2010 and finished in fourth place at last year's event.

2014 Show Title: "Four"
Competitive Highlights: One of the newer corps on the European scene, the Company first performed in 2010 and won the Drum Corps Europe Championship just a year later. The corps repeated that feat in 2012 and missed out on a third DCE Championship title last year by just five hundredths of a point. After winning the Drum Corps United Kingdom contest on July 9 in Thurrock, the corps fell to second place behind the Kidsgrove Scouts on Sept. 20 at the DCUK Championship.

Show Title: "Avant Garde"
Competitive Highlights: In a competition typically dominated by Dutch and British corps, the Starriders will be one of four drum corps proudly representing Germany at the DCE Championships on Saturday. The corps pulled off a win at the German Open back on Sept. 7, topping the nearest competition by 1.5 points and finished fourth at the Drum Corps Netherlands Championships on Sept. 13.

Show Title: "25 to Life"
Competitive Highlights: The Vikings will be the sole Premier Class representatives from the Emerald Isle when drum corps compete in Dordrecht on Saturday. While this is the group's first year performing as a drum corps ensemble, the organization is a three-time Irish Marching Bands Association Champion.
